The AirTAC GFR600C25C3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1, bar gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25C3T is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation in a single body. This size 600 configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain, with a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round external gauge with a bar scale is fitted, the bowl is aluminium alloy (size 600), a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um filter element (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the compressed air feeding paint spray booths on an automotive line, where clean, moisture-reduced air held at a set pressure keeps atomising consistent across every shift.
Conditioning shop air to a stable set pressure for the pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air-powered fixtures on a machining centre, with the 1 in port suiting a main air drop feeding the cell.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the pusher cylinders and air-driven sealers along a carton packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain keeping the bowl clear without daily attention.
Size and port step up from 200 to 600 as air demand grows; this unit is the top of the range at a 1 in NPT port. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, which purges as the pressure differential across the element builds), fully automatic, or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify code W for a 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge is selectable: the embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round gauge on a bar scale. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream air demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit's bowl purges automatically as the pressure differential across the filter element builds up, so there is no daily manual draining. If you prefer, the GFR600 series is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M); note that the manual-drain version widens the regulation range down to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
