The AirTAC GFR600C25F2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25F2WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 600 unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer W grade, versus the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the element rises, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Because it is size 600, the bowl is aluminium alloy rather than polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main, it filters water and scale from the 1 in distribution line and holds a set pressure for the whole downstream drop.
Mounted on the supply panel feeding a bank of air cylinders and directional valves, it delivers clean, 5 um-filtered air at a stable regulated pressure to the whole manifold.
Fitted ahead of spray and coating equipment, it removes moisture and fine particulate that would otherwise blemish the finish, while the psi gauge lets operators set and verify line pressure.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; choose it when the line diameter and air demand at the point of use call for the biggest port, and step down to 300 or 400 if the flow curve for those sizes covers your demand. This unit is already configured with the choices that matter: 5 um filtration for finer protection of downstream equipment, a differential-pressure drain so condensate is discharged without daily manual attention, a square psi gauge, and NPT threading to suit North American pipework. A mounting bracket is included. Note that the differential-pressure drain pairs with the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range; if you need regulation down to 0.05 MPa, the manual-drain variant is the one to ask about.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this exact model before you order.
The W in the code specifies the 5 um element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard, for better protection of sensitive downstream equipment. The drain is differential-pressure by default: it discharges collected condensate automatically as the pressure drop across the element rises, with no daily manual draining. A manual-drain version is available if you prefer, and it also widens the regulator adjustment range down to 0.05 MPa.
