The AirTAC GFR600C25F3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25F3WTK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge with bar scale, a built-in reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, so no manual draining routine is needed.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the point of use ahead of a CNC machining center, it delivers clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure to the machine's pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and coolant-spray actuators, with the 5 um element guarding fine pilot valves.
Mounted on the air drop feeding a carton-sealing and palletizing conveyor line, it keeps the pressure to diverters, pushers and grip cylinders steady through shift-long duty, while the check valve holds the setting against upstream surges.
Fitted on the supply line to an automotive paint booth, it strips water and fine particles that would otherwise blemish the finish and holds the atomization pressure the spray guns were set up for, with the bar-scale gauge giving the painter a direct read.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and their ports (1/8 in to 1 in) to match the air demand of the line; this unit is the 1 in NPT size 600 for high-flow branches. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) drains on pressure differential, automatic drains on a set cycle, manual needs an operator. Pick 40 um for general air prep or 5 um (W, this unit) where finer particulate protection matters, and set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar - this one reads bar. Threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT (this unit); a bracket is included here.
One honest note before ordering: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that could mislead your sizing. Tell us your line's flow and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size and the curve data from the datasheet on request.
The code W selects the 5 um element; the blank default is 40 um. The 5 um grade suits downstream equipment with fine tolerances, such as pilot-operated valves, spray guns and instrumentation, while 40 um is the economical choice for general plant air. Both grades fit the same GFR600 body, so you can order the element that matches each branch.
