The AirTAC GFR600C25JC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25JC1WTK is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded 1 in NPT, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the 40 um standard element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with an external round pressure gauge reading in MPa. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and this version is supplied without a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with a regulator adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G, NPT or PT threads, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and pressure setting for the air lines feeding clamps, tool changers and actuators on a CNC machining centre, with 5 um elements protecting downstream valves from fine particulate.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, holding a stable set pressure so sealing and diverting strokes repeat consistently through the shift.
Filtered, regulated air at the service drops of a truck or bus maintenance bay, where the 1 in NPT connection serves high-demand bays and the round MPa gauge lets technicians set and verify tool supply pressure.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT connection, the largest step in the range, suited to lines where smaller 200-400 bodies would restrict the circuit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your required flow before ordering. Next, choose the drain: this version uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available if your maintenance routine prefers them. Filtration is set here at 5 um (code W); the standard element is 40 um if your application does not need the finer grade. The gauge fitted is the external round type reading in MPa; square embedded gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives. Thread options are PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT - this unit is NPT. Bracket: this code omits it (J); other codes include one.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code specifies the 5 um filter element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard, for applications where finer particulate removal matters. Condensate is removed by the differential-pressure drain, the default arrangement; automatic (A) and manual (M) drain versions are available in the same family.
