The AirTAC GFR600C25JC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25JC2K is a 600-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a PT1 (1 in) PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, a fitted reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is removed, and an external round pressure gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including manual or automatic drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, different gauge scales, a low-pressure regulator type and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of the mould-cooling and blanketing circuits on a glass bottle line: water and scale are dropped out at 40 um and the forming air pressure is set and held at the level the IS machine section calls for.
A filter regulator at the head of the air drop feeding spray guns, air motors and agitators in a finishing booth - clean, dry-ish air and a stable regulated pressure so atomising and conveying air behaves consistently between booths.
Conditioning the supply to pneumatic stop-gates, pushers and hold-down clamps along a filling-hall conveyor: the 1 in port serves a large header, the regulator sets the actuator pressure, and the check valve keeps the circuit charged during brief supply interruptions.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up to the 600 frame with a 1 in PT1 port, the right choice when the line's required air demand sits at the top of the range - confirm the exact sizing against the published flow curves before ordering. Drain type is a real decision: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) versions are available in the same frame. Filter grade is the standard 40 um; specify the W code if the application needs 5 um filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue choices. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and note this configuration is ordered without a mounting bracket (J).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your upstream pressure, set pressure and the air demand of the equipment downstream, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain (the default, blank code) opens to expel condensate when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises as it loads up, so it needs no operator attention in normal duty. The automatic drain (code A) discharges on a cycle regardless of loading, and the manual drain (code M) empties only when someone opens it - the manual version also widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa. Pick the drain to match how the compressor room is attended; all three are catalogue options in the GFR600 frame.
