The AirTAC GFR600C25JC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25JC2T is a 600-size filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds the downstream pressure. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A round gauge with a psi scale is fitted, no mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GFR filter regulators are available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for impact wrenches, clamps and air cylinders at assembly stations, filtering line water and holding a steady pressure setting for each station.
Clean, regulated air for conveyor stop-gates, diverters and pusher cylinders on a filling line, with the drain handling the condensate that collects along a long supply run.
Supplying air to pneumatically actuated butterfly and ball valves, where the 40 um element protects positioners and solenoid valves and the regulator holds the actuator pressure setting.
Size and port set the air capacity: 600 is the largest G-series size, here with a 1 in NPT port, so step up or down through 200/300/400/600 to match the line. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, the series default), automatic (A) for unattended draining, or manual (M). Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or this round external gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard on the series, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; the J code here means no mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure, downstream setting and required air consumption, and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this 1 in NPT unit on request.
This unit carries the differential-pressure drain, the series default: condensate is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the filter element rises, with no operator attention. If you prefer, the same 600-size filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic (A) drain for continuous unattended draining or a manual (M) drain that you open by hand.
