The AirTAC GFR600C25JC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size-600 unit is built for 1 in NPT lines, filters to the standard 40 um grade, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl clears itself as the pressure drop across the element builds - no routine manual draining. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, the standard regulator covers a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). This configuration carries an external round gauge on a bar scale and a fitted reverse (check) valve, and is ordered without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application - we will provide the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use water removal and pressure setting on paint-line drops: the 40 um element stops pipe scale reaching spray guns, and the regulator holds a steady gun supply pressure even as the 1 in main fluctuates.
A filter-regulator ahead of pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre's main drop, keeping clamping pressure consistent while the differential-pressure drain handles condensate from the compressor room.
Regulated, filtered air for stopper, pusher and guide cylinders on a bottling conveyor, where a humid hall loads the air with moisture - the self-draining aluminium bowl keeps water out of the actuators.
Size and port: the 600 frame with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range (200, 300, 400, 600), so choose it where your main drop needs the biggest connection - and let us check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. Filtration: 40 um is the standard element, with 5 um (code W) available where finer prefiltration is needed. Gauge: this configuration is ordered with the external round gauge on a bar scale; an embedded square gauge with MPa or psi scales is the alternative. Thread: PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) and NPT are order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. A reverse/check valve is fitted (code K) and no mounting bracket is included (code J).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet, which we can provide on request.
The standard differential-pressure drain opens the bowl automatically as the pressure drop across the filter element builds, so collected condensate leaves without operator attention. If your maintenance routine prefers a different approach, automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are order options on this series.
