The AirTAC GFR600C25JC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator, 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JC3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built around a 1 in NPT port for high-flow supply lines, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. No mounting bracket is fitted on this version.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off of a factory compressed-air distribution main, it filters water and scale from the 1 in supply line and holds a set pressure for the downstream ring main.
Feeding the cylinder banks that index and stop bottles on a filling line, it removes condensate and particulate and regulates the supply so conveyor stops and pushers cycle consistently.
Mounted ahead of a pneumatic clamping manifold on a machining cell press, it cleans the incoming air and sets the regulated pressure the clamp cylinders see on every cycle.
Start with the port step: size 600 with a 1 in NPT port suits main air supply lines and larger actuators, while smaller GFR sizes cover 1/8 in to 3/4 in branches - match the size to the flow your line needs. Then fix the drain: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no operator attention, automatic suits intermittent-flow lines, and manual suits low-moisture installs. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) where finer particulate protection matters. Gauge scale is MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round bar gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this unit is NPT), and a bracket can be ordered where panel fixing is needed.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 1 in NPT filter regulator is correctly sized before you order.
The GFR series takes a 40 um element as standard, with 5 um available as the W option - which is what the W in this model code selects. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer particulate protection; the trade-off is a element that loads faster and needs the drain working well, which the differential-pressure drain on this unit handles automatically.
