The AirTAC GFR600C25JF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JF1T is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds the downstream pressure at your set point, in a single body. This size 600 unit is threaded 1 in NPT, uses the standard 40 um filter element, drains collected condensate by differential pressure, and includes an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. The standard regulator covers a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this size is aluminium alloy, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; a bracket is available as an option.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the main compressed-air feed to a machining centre: the filter stage strips water and pipe scale before the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps, while the regulator holds a steady set point so tool-change and clamping cylinders behave consistently shift after shift.
Point-of-entry air preparation for a packaging line's actuated valves, sealers and gripper circuits: clean, dry-regulated air ahead of the distribution manifold, with the 1 in NPT port matching the line's main drop and the square gauge giving operators a visible set point.
Supplying a large blow-off or air-knife cleaning station on a conveyorised washing or drying line: the element keeps rust and moisture out of the nozzles, and the regulator lets the line set the blowing pressure that suits the product rather than running at full header pressure.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and their ports (1/8 to 1 in) to match the pipe diameter and air demand of the line; this model is the largest size, on a 1 in NPT connection. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this model, the default) drains automatically as flow passes, the A suffix gives a fully automatic drain, and M gives manual draining. Pick the 40 um standard element for general plant air, or the 5 um (W) grade for finer protection; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT) when ordering, and add a bracket if you want panel fixing. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR600 capacity as flow curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no honest one-number answer to quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and the equipment downstream, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
This model uses the default differential-pressure drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is expelled automatically by the pressure difference created as air flows through the element, with no operator input. If you prefer, the GFR600 family is also orderable with an automatic drain (suffix A) or a manual drain (suffix M); the manual-drain variant also widens the regulator setting range down to 0.05 MPa.
