The AirTAC GFR600C25JF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point in a single body. This configuration is built for 1 in NPT ports, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the standard 40 um, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa plus a reverse/check valve. The J code means no mounting bracket, and the size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding paint guns and air-driven agitators at a body-shop booth, where the 5 um element helps keep water and grit out of the finish and the regulator holds a steady set point at the gun.
Regulating supply to pneumatic clamps and workholding fixtures on a machining centre, with the check valve helping hold the set point if the main header pressure dips mid-cycle.
Supplying stoppers, pushers and gripper cylinders on a filling or packaging conveyor, where the differential-pressure drain clears condensate without a manual visit to each drop.
Choose the size and port against the air your line actually uses: 600 is the largest GFR frame, and this unit is drilled for 1 in NPT. Decide the drain first - differential-pressure (this unit) clears condensate automatically as the pressure drop across the element builds, while automatic and manual drains are order options. The 5 um element (W) suits downstream equipment that needs finer filtration than the standard 40 um; the square MPa gauge is fitted, and the reverse/check valve (K) is built in. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option, and the J code means no mounting bracket.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The W code selects the 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um, for finer protection of downstream equipment, and the K code fits a reverse/check valve. This unit also has a differential-pressure drain, the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a 1 in NPT port.
