The AirTAC GFR600C25JF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JF2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one body. This size 600 unit is configured for a 1 in PT port, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl self-drains as flow passes through it. The fitted embedded square gauge reads in psi, letting you set and monitor the outlet pressure directly. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um (code W) filtration, automatic or manual drains, psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge option, G or NPT thread variants, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in drop from a factory compressed-air ring main, it filters line water and particulate and holds a steady set pressure for the whole downstream zone, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate as air flows.
Feeding the air supply to CNC machining centres and their pneumatic clamping and tool-change circuits, it removes moisture and 40 um-scale particles and lets the setter dial in the required pressure on the psi gauge.
Mounted ahead of conveyor diverters, packaging machinery and cylinder-driven gating on a packaging line, it conditions the plant air and regulates it to the pressure the machine builder specifies, monitored on the square gauge.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 400/300/200 if your line flow is modest, and step up only if your pipe is already 1 in. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic suits lines that idle, and manual suits monitored points. The standard 40 um element protects most actuators and valves; specify 5 um (code W) only where finer filtration is required. This unit ships configured with a square psi gauge; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are order options. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and this configuration has no mounting bracket.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we cannot quote one number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 1 in size 600 unit before you order.
This unit drains condensate by differential pressure: as air flows through the regulator, the bowl drains automatically without a float or electric signal. If your line idles for long periods, an automatic-drain (code A) or manual-drain (code M) version can be selected instead, and the manual-drain variant also widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
