The AirTAC GFR600C25JF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25JF2T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises, and a fitted embedded square gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. No mounting bracket is included with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and chip-clearing blow-off on a machining centre, where a pressure dip mid-cycle would scrap a part.
Conditioned air for the filler and capper actuator valves on a beverage bottling line, keeping water and pipe scale out of the valves while holding a set pressure at the manifold.
Regulated supply to pneumatic diverter and stopper cylinders on a carton conveyor, so divert timing stays consistent as the main header pressure wanders.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and air demand grow; this size 600 unit carries a 1 in port for high-flow supply mains. Choose the drain to match the installation: differential-pressure (this unit) drains only when the element loads up, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits attended installations and also widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W option for 5 um where finer pre-filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi), and the thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this code is NPT. A bracket is optional where the unit is not piped-supported. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your upstream pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The blank drain code on this model is the differential-pressure drain: it discharges collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, with no timer or power needed. If you want continuous draining regardless of element loading, the same size 600 unit can be ordered with an automatic (A) or manual (M) drain instead.
