The AirTAC GFR600C25JF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25JF3T is a size 600 GFR filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air at the standard 40 um grade, then regulates downstream pressure across a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range with the standard regulator. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, the differential-pressure drain (the default drain option), a fitted square gauge scaled in bar, and no mounting bracket or check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, PT, G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Size 600 units carry an aluminium alloy bowl. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filter regulator on the air drop feeding a CNC machining center: it strips water and particulate from the shop main and holds a steady regulated pressure to the machine's pneumatic circuits.
Supply point for the pneumatic cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, where filtration and regulation in one body keeps the line's actuators fed with clean air at a set pressure.
Regulated air supply to quarter-turn valve actuators on a water treatment plant skid, with the 1 in NPT port matching the skid's main air line and the bar-scaled gauge giving operators a local pressure readout.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of your line: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range, for mains where one body must both filter and regulate. Drain type is a real choice: this model uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) or manual (M) drains can be ordered instead. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate capture matters. Gauge scales run to MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the square gauge in bar, with an external round gauge available. On thread, PT is the AirTAC standard and G or NPT are order options; this model is NPT. A bracket can be fitted if you omit code J. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The trailing T in the code makes this unit NPT-threaded with a 1 in port; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order. The drain is the differential-pressure type (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available as order options.
