The AirTAC GFR600C25JNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25JNWTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate as pressure drop across the element builds, and a reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting when upstream pressure is lost. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); the standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off point of a factory compressed-air ring main, it filters water and scale from the header supply and holds a steady regulated pressure for the whole downstream distribution leg.
Feeding a pneumatic stamping or clinching press, it delivers filtered air at the pressure the press valve stack was set up for, while the reverse/check valve holds that setting through a momentary supply dip.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a cartoning or case-packing conveyor, it conditions the air driving cylinders and grippers, with the 5 um element protecting close-tolerance valve spools.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 600 body with its 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range, so confirm your line's demand against the published flow curve before ordering. The 5 um element (code W) suits applications that need finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard; the differential-pressure drain needs no operator attention but relies on flow to purge the bowl. The reverse/check valve (code K) keeps the regulated output from bleeding back when supply fails. This unit ships without a gauge or bracket - add a gauge separately if a local pressure readout is needed, and note the thread here is NPT while PT is the catalogue standard and G is also available.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
The N in the model code means no pressure gauge is fitted; a gauge can be added separately if you want a local downstream readout. The K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
