The AirTAC GFR600C25LC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, a 5 um filter element (the W-coded fine grade), a differential-pressure drain and an aluminium alloy bowl. The L in the code marks the low-pressure type regulator, and the unit is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi. A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a pneumatic clamping fixture on a machining centre that holds workpieces at reduced pressure, with 5 um filtered air protecting the clamping valve and the psi gauge giving a local setpoint readout.
Conditioning supply air at a paint line's spray-gun manifold, where the 5 um element keeps nozzle contamination down and the low-pressure type regulator suits reduced-pressure atomising settings.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the diverting and pusher cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate as the line runs.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 600 frame with its G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it to the line's flow demand rather than to pipe size alone. Filter grade is a real choice - 40 um is the standard element, while this unit carries the W-coded 5 um element for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. Drain type is differential-pressure here (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist if your installation prefers them. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round psi gauge. The trailing G sets the thread to G (BSPP); PT is the catalogue standard form and NPT is available to order. The L marks the low-pressure regulator type, and a mounting bracket is included.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It marks the low-pressure type regulator. A standard GFR with a differential-pressure drain adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), but the exact adjustment range of the low-pressure version is not published in the catalogue, so we confirm it on request.
