The AirTAC GFR600C25LC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single 600-size body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 5 um element (code W) and regulates downstream pressure with its low-pressure type regulator. This configuration carries a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. The bowl on this 600 size is aluminium alloy, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR600 is the largest size in the GFR filter-regulator range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with stepped ports, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a factory compressed-air ring main, a 1 in branch feeding a production bay needs water and scale removed and the branch pressure held steady for every drop below it. A 600-size filter regulator with a 5 um element and a psi gauge sits at that branch take-off and conditions the whole sub-main in one body.
Big directional control valves and cylinder manifolds on packaging or palletising lines need clean, stable air at a set pressure to shift reliably. This filter regulator, fitted with a reverse/check valve, filters to 5 um and holds the manifold setting even if the upstream supply dips.
Air-driven conveyor gates, stops and tensioners on a bottling or canning line run for years on whatever the main supply carries. A 5 um filter element and stable regulated pressure at the line drop keep those actuators from sticking or creeping, with the differential-pressure drain handling collected condensate.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200 / 300 / 400 / 600) as your port and air demand grow; this unit is the 600 size on a 1 in G-threaded port, the largest step in the range. Drain choice is real: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no attention but only purges when the differential is high enough, automatic drains continuously, and manual drains only when you open them. Filtration is 5 um on this unit versus the 40 um standard - choose the finer grade where downstream components tolerate less particulate. Gauges are available as the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT to order, and a bracket is included. Note that this is the low-pressure type regulator; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us against your set pressure. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The blank drain position in the code means the differential-pressure drain is fitted: it purges collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 5 um element is high enough, with no operator attention. If your usage pattern suits continuous purging or a manually emptied bowl, the GFR600 is also available with automatic (A) or manual (M) drains - ask us for those variants.
