The AirTAC GFR600C25LC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25LC3WT is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built around a 1 inch NPT port, the largest port step in the GFR range, with a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer air cleaning than the 40 um standard element. It is the low-pressure (L) type, so the regulated output is intended for circuits running below the standard regulator range - ask us for the exact low-pressure setting range before ordering. The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the bowl is high enough, and the fitted round gauge reads outlet pressure in bar. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy rather than polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 inch to 1 inch, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a workshop air ring main that serves low-pressure clamping and forming fixtures, where the 1 inch NPT connection carries the main supply and the low-pressure regulator type holds a reduced working pressure for the press circuit.
Conditioning air for cylinder-driven case packers and conveyor diverters on a packaging line: the 5 um element protects valve and cylinder seals from water and fine particles while the regulator sets a stable supply pressure.
Supplying filtered, reduced-pressure air to lab-scale process rigs and test benches that run below standard regulator settings, with the bar-scale round gauge giving a clear local readout at the bench.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 inch NPT port, the top of the GFR range, sized for the highest flows in the family - match it to your line size and required air delivery, and ask us to confirm the flow curve against your application before ordering. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention while running, automatic drains condensate on a cycle, and manual drain suits infrequently attended points. Choose the filter grade: 40 um is the standard element, 5 um (this unit, code W) suits finer downstream needs. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale - this unit carries a round bar gauge. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is included here, and the J code deletes it. Note the low-pressure (L) regulator type: if your setpoint sits in the standard range, order the standard type instead.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L code in GFR600C25LC3WT selects the low-pressure regulator type, intended for outlet pressures below the standard regulator range; the exact low-pressure setting range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request. If your setpoint falls in the standard range, order the same size 600 unit without the L code instead.
