The AirTAC GFR600C25LF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LF2G is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the downstream pressure. This size 600 unit is fitted with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and the low-pressure regulator type. The bowl on this size is aluminium alloy, a mounting bracket is included, and the embedded square gauge is supplied reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G or NPT threads in place of the standard PT, gauge scales in MPa or bar, and an external round gauge. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating supply air to pneumatic clamps and hold-downs on a packaging or carton-sealing line, where the circuit calls for a lower regulated pressure than a standard regulator setting.
Conditioning and regulating air for low-pressure jets, guides and actuators on textile or paper-converting machinery fed from a 1 in plant-air main.
Serving as the filter-regulator stage in a plant-air distribution panel, cleaning the main supply and setting a stable downstream pressure for branch circuits.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in G-thread port, the largest step in the range. Drain choice is differential-pressure as fitted here, with automatic (A) or manual (M) available; filtration is the standard 40 um element, with 5 um (W) where finer cleaning is needed. The gauge is the embedded square type reading psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge as options. Threads are PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included with this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type. The exact regulation range for this type is not published in the standard tables, so ask us to confirm it against the datasheet. The unit's maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and its other decoded specifications are unchanged.
