The AirTAC GFR600C25LF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LF2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in PT port, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a low-pressure regulator, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. The bowl on this size is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scales in MPa or bar, an external round gauge, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of PT. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated supply to pneumatic clamps and fixtures on a production line where the low-pressure regulator type is specified; the 40 um element protects valve and cylinder ports.
Air preparation for gate, stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the 1 in PT port feeding the downstream circuit and the fitted reverse valve guarding against backflow.
Conditioning instrument air on a pilot skid or test rig, where the embedded square psi gauge gives a clear local reading and the aluminium alloy bowl suits the 600-size frame.
Size and port step up with required flow: this is the 600 size with a 1 in PT port, the largest in the GFR range. Where a bowl is fitted you choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with W. The gauge is an embedded square type and this one reads psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Working limits for this unit: 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
The differential-pressure drain is the default; it discharges condensate as the pressure differential across the filter element builds. If you prefer fully automatic (code A) or manual (code M) draining, those variants can be ordered in the same 600 size.
