The AirTAC GFR600C25LF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 5 um Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LF2WG is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This size 600 unit carries a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises. The low-pressure regulator is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is configurable by drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Rated flow is published only as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated low-pressure air feeding clamping cylinders that hold workpieces during milling or drilling, with the 5 um element keeping fine particulate out of the clamp valves.
Filtered air for rinse-and-blow-off nozzles above the conveyor, where the differential-pressure drain handles condensate from a continuously running compressed-air supply.
A single filter-regulator point supplying pick-and-place gripper actuators, with the square psi gauge letting technicians verify set pressure at the station.
Start with the port step: size 600 with a G1 (1 in) port is the largest GFR frame, so match it against your line's air demand - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm the fit before you order. This unit already carries the 5 um element; the 40 um standard grade is the alternative if your circuit does not need fine filtration. The differential-pressure drain suits steady-duty installations; automatic and manual drains are the other published choices.
Other decodable choices across the family: gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar (this unit is square, psi); thread as PT standard with G and NPT as order options; bracket included here. As a low-pressure type, its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold - confirm with us on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series only as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your application before you order.
The W in the model code selects the 5 um filter grade (40 um is the standard alternative), and the blank drain position selects the differential-pressure type, which discharges collected condensate automatically as the pressure differential across the element rises. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are the other published options.
