The AirTAC GFR600C25LJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a setpoint, in a single body. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain and an aluminium alloy bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and this build carries a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa and a reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT thread, and bracket options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning a bottling hall 1 in air main at the point of use: water and scale are stripped from the compressed air before it reaches the header, and the low-pressure regulator holds a steady supply pressure to the filler and capper actuators.
Feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a paint booth: the 5 um element cuts fine particulate before it reaches the gun, while the regulator lets the booth run at the reduced supply pressure its low-pressure atomizing setup calls for.
Supplying the cylinder bank on a carton sealing and case erecting line: the unit conditions the shop air feeding the drives and holds the working pressure steady so box clamping and flap folding stay repeatable through the shift.
The main choice is size: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the line rather than to the pipe alone; this unit is the top of the range at 1 in NPT. Drain comes as differential-pressure (standard), automatic (A) or manual (M) - a differential-pressure drain purges while air is flowing, so choose automatic for lines that idle or manual for infrequently attended points. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code; pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer protection. Gauges are an embedded square gauge as standard or an external round gauge (as here) with MPa, psi or bar scales; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added if this no-bracket (J) build does not suit your mounting. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves before you order.
The W code fits the 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard, which suits downstream valves and instruments that need finer protection. The drain is the differential-pressure type: it bleeds the bowl automatically while air is flowing, and automatic (A) or manual (M) drains can be ordered instead if your line idles or runs unattended.
