The AirTAC GFR600C25LJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LJC2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit is threaded PT1 (1 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and handles condensate with the differential-pressure drain, the default drain type for this series. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and this configuration is fitted with an external round gauge on the psi scale, a reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket (code J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamps and swing cylinders on an assembly fixture, with the fitted check valve blocking reverse flow in the supply line and the 40 um element protecting the valve seats.
Feeding spray guns in an automotive refinish booth, where the low-pressure regulator type sets atomising air to the gun's working pressure and the 40 um element keeps the air clean.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to cylinders on a cartoning or filling line, with the 1 in PT port serving the machine's main supply header.
Every choice in this unit is decodable from the code. Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 and ports 1/8 in to 1 in as your air demand grows - the 600 body with its 1 in PT port sits at the top of the range. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default, as fitted here), automatic (code A) for unattended condensate removal, or manual (code M). Pick the element: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer filtration. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round psi gauge. Threads come as PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT to order. The K code fits a reverse/check valve, and J omits the optional bracket.
One honest routing note: flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure version of the GFR regulator, intended for lower set pressures than the standard type. AirTAC does not publish an exact adjustment range for this variant, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request. The rest of the code decodes normally: 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, round psi gauge, check valve fitted, no bracket, PT1 port.
