The AirTAC GFR600C25LJF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25LJF2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a 40 um standard filtration element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. It is the low-pressure type, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) element, and gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 1 in filtered and regulated drop off the main plant air header, feeding a production bay where the low-pressure type regulator holds the working pressure and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the distribution legs.
Conditioning the air supply to a cartoning or wrapping machine: the 40 um element stops pipe scale and water reaching the valve manifold while the regulator sets the cylinder circuit pressure and the psi gauge gives operators a local reading.
Supplying air to pneumatic diverters, gate cylinders and stoppers along a conveyor line, where a single filter regulator at the line inlet keeps moisture and grit out of the actuators and holds a steady setpoint across the shift.
Start with the size and port: the 600 series with its G1 (1 in) connection is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it against the air demand of the circuit - and note that flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Then set the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains on pressure drop, automatic drains on a timer-free cycle, and manual requires operator attention; the drain choice also affects the regulator adjustment range, which we can confirm from the datasheet. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W if finer filtration is needed. This unit is the low-pressure type - confirm the exact adjustment range with us if your setpoint is below the standard band. The gauge here is the embedded square type on a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be added if the code calls for one.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
F is the square gauge and 2 is the psi scale, so this unit carries the embedded square gauge reading in psi. The gauge is standard on GFR units with a regulator; an external round gauge is optional, and MPa or bar scales can be ordered instead.
