The AirTAC GFR600C25LJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25LJF2WGK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is configured with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge with a psi scale is embedded, a reverse/check valve is fitted (code K), and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for thread (PT as the catalogue standard, G or NPT to order), drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, and the exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not listed in the sheet we work from, so ask us to confirm both from the datasheet against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air at a reduced setpoint holds the clamping cylinders on a wood-panel press. The 5 um element keeps spool valves clean and the differential-pressure drain clears accumulated condensate as the element loads.
Stopper and divertor gates on a bottling conveyor run on air regulated below header pressure. The 1 in G1 port feeds the line header directly, and the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits held at gentle setpoints.
A chemical dosing skid's pilot-air circuit needs clean air at a low, stable pressure. The 5 um element protects pilot ports, and the embedded square psi gauge gives the panel a direct local reading in the units it uses.
Size and port set the flow path: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in G1 port, the largest step in the GFR range - step between 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match your pipe bore and air demand. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (fitted here) clears condensate as the element loads up, automatic drains continuously, and manual drains only when operated. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, as on this unit. Gauge scales run MPa, psi or bar, with the embedded square gauge as standard and an external round gauge optional. Thread is PT as the catalogue standard with G and NPT as order options; a bracket is optional and this configuration omits it. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your pressure and air-demand figures and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It is the filter grade: W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or pilot circuits need finer protection, and 40 um for general water and particulate removal ahead of less sensitive equipment.
