The AirTAC GFR600C25LJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25LJF3TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates downstream pressure. This is the largest 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, the low-pressure type regulator, the standard 40 um filter element, and differential-pressure automatic draining of the metal bowl. It ships with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar and a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Use it where a single device must clean the air and hold a steady, lower working pressure on a high-flow line.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At the head of a large production hall's air drop, the unit strips water and pipe scale from the compressed air and holds a steady reduced pressure for the whole downstream distribution leg, with the check valve holding settings against backflow.
On heavy pneumatic clamps and press cylinders, the regulator keeps actuation pressure consistent from stroke to stroke while the 40 um element stops particulate from scoring seals in the valves and cylinders.
Feeding the valve manifolds on case packers, palletisers and conveyor actuation, the unit delivers clean, regulated air at a stable low setpoint so grippers and pushers cycle predictably through long shifts.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size on a 1 in NPT thread. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure draining (fitted here) dumps condensate as the pressure differential builds, automatic (A) drains continuously, and manual (M) needs someone to open the bowl. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for the 5 um option if the downstream equipment needs finer filtration. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, so confirm its adjustment range against your setpoint before ordering. The square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added if this no-bracket (J) version needs one. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated number, so we will not quote a figure that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing against your application before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. F3 means the embedded square gauge is scaled in bar (MPa and psi scales are alternatives). This unit has no A or M drain code, so it uses the differential-pressure drain: condensate collects in the metal bowl and is expelled automatically as the pressure differential builds, with no manual draining needed.
