The AirTAC GFR600C25LJNWT AirTAC 1 in NPT Filter Regulator is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25LJNWT is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port for high-flow main lines, a 5 um filter element (code W, versus the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, and the low-pressure regulator type. The pressure bowl on size 600 units is aluminium alloy. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied, so plan for a separate panel- or line-mounted pressure gauge and your own bracketing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge options and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in drop from the compressor receiver in a manufacturing plant, it filters water and scale out of the main supply and holds a steady low-pressure feed to the shop-floor circuit.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and stopper gates on a carton-packaging conveyor, where clean, dry air at a stable low setting keeps clamping and indexing repeatable through the shift.
Mounted ahead of a bank of quarter-turn pneumatic ball valves on a process line, conditioning the air and regulating it to the pressure the actuator positioners were set up for.
Size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range, so the first selection question is whether your line flow genuinely needs this size or whether a 400 with a 3/4 in port would suit - we can check the flow curves against your demand before you order. Filtration is the 5 um element here; choose 40 um for general plant air and 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer protection. The drain is differential-pressure, which suits steady, continuous operation; ask about automatic or manual drain variants if your duty cycle differs. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type and carries no gauge and no bracket - add a gauge (square embedded or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) and a bracket from the options if you need them. The thread is NPT on this code; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that is not in the datasheet. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop and we will confirm the flow figures and correct size from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is supplied. GFR units can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales, so if you want a local pressure readout, tell us the scale you prefer and we will quote the gauged variant.
