The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MC2 is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air at the 40 um standard grade, then regulates downstream pressure across the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range of the standard regulator. This configuration is sized with a 1 in PT port, carries a manual drain on the bowl, and is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and low-pressure or standard regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in branch off the main air header, it filters water and particulate from the plant supply and sets a stable regulated pressure for the downstream distribution run, with the psi gauge giving operators a local readout.
Mounted ahead of a panel of air-operated valves and actuators, it cleans the incoming air at the 40 um grade and holds the panel supply at the pressure the controls were set up for, protected by the 1.0 MPa maximum inlet rating.
Fitted on the air drop feeding cylinder-driven conveyor gating and case-packing stations, it removes condensate and pipe scale before the cylinders and keeps actuator supply pressure where the machine sequence expects it.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in - this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in PT port, so step to it when your line flow and pipework call for the largest GFR frame. Drain type is a real choice: manual drain (as coded here) needs an operator to bleed the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The gauge is an embedded square gauge as standard with an external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this code carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for the GFR600 at 1 in on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand, which suits installations that are checked as part of a routine. The GFR family also offers automatic drain (code A) and differential-pressure drain (blank) for unattended condensate discharge, and the drain choice also affects the regulator adjustment range: manual-drain units adjust from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drain units adjust from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
