The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2TK is a 600-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries 1 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, a fitted round pressure gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, and an optional check valve. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the main air feed to a paint booth's spray guns and air movers, keeping water and pipe scale out of the finish while holding a steady set pressure at each drop.
Conditioning the supply to a filling and capping machine's air cylinders, so grippers and pushers see dry, filtered air at a stable regulated pressure through the shift.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to a machining centre's tool-change and clamping circuits, with the check valve holding the downstream supply if the shop compressor unloads.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with 1 in NPT ports, the largest step in the range. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as fitted here) suits attended installations where an operator blows down the bowl; automatic or differential-pressure drain suits unattended duty. Choose 40 um for general air preparation or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit has a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as orderable options; a J code removes the bracket, and K adds the check valve fitted here.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens it periodically to discharge collected water, which suits attended installations. The same 600-size filter regulator can be ordered with a differential-pressure drain (no code letter, the default) or an automatic drain (code A) for unattended duty.
