The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2WG is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a manual drain bowl, a fine 5 um filter element (the 40 um standard element is available as an option), and a fitted round pressure gauge with psi scale. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C in non-freezing conditions.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and MPa/psi/bar scales, and optional reverse/check valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the main air drop feeding a CNC machining cell, it filters water and swarf-laden particulate from the shop air and holds a set pressure for clamps and actuators, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks.
Mounted on the supply line of a cartoning or wrapping machine, it conditions the air before directional valves and cylinders, keeping moisture out of the valve stack while the round psi gauge gives operators a visible setpoint.
Fitted ahead of a pneumatic press or forming tool, it lets the setter dial in the working pressure within the 0.05-0.9 MPa range while the 5 um element protects the tool's seals and precision components from fine contamination.
Size 600 with a G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range, so size the unit against the flow your line needs rather than the port alone - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering. This unit has a manual drain: choose it where an operator drains the bowl as part of a routine; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain where the unit is hard to reach. The 5 um element (code W) suits finer air preparation than the 40 um standard element. The round gauge here reads psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. G thread is fitted on this code, with PT standard and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl: an operator opens the drain at intervals to expel collected water. If the unit will be mounted where routine draining is impractical, the same size 600 filter regulator is available with automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
