The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MC2WK is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This 600-size unit is threaded PT1 (1 in) and carries the W-code 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl, a round psi gauge, and a reverse/check valve. With manual drain, the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a spray-booth or finishing line from a plant air main: the unit strips water and particles from the supply and holds a steady set pressure so the booth equipment sees consistent air.
On a bottling or packaging conveyor driven by pneumatic cylinders, the filter regulator cleans the line air and keeps actuator pressure stable so indexing and clamping repeat the same way each cycle.
Mounted in the air panel of a CNC machine or press, it delivers filtered, regulated air to clamps, tool-changers and fixtures, with the reverse/check valve holding the setting if the supply dips.
At 600 size with a 1 in PT port, this is the largest step in the GFR range - choose it when the line diameter and air demand at the point of use call for the biggest ports. The W code selects 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard element; pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need cleaner air. Manual drain means someone bleeds the bowl on a routine you set; if the unit is hard to reach, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain codes are catalogue alternatives. The round psi gauge here is the external option; an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is also available. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are order options - PT is the standard on this unit - and a mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line conditions and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check the sizing against your application before you order.
The M code fits a manual drain: the aluminium alloy bowl is emptied by hand on a routine you set. If the regulator is mounted where it cannot easily be reached, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain versions are catalogue options in the same series - note the regulating range differs by drain type, with manual drain giving 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
