The AirTAC GFR600C25MC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built around a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, a 5 um filter element (40 um is the standard grade, 5 um is the finer W option), a round pressure gauge with bar scale, and a reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the supply drops. The bowl on this size 600 unit is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), bracket and check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a bottling plant's compressed-air ring main, it filters water and particles from the plant supply and regulates the pressure feeding the filler and capper air circuits.
Mounted on the air drop serving a CNC machining cell, it cleans the shop air to 5 um and holds a steady regulated pressure for tool-change cylinders, clamps and coolant-through-air functions.
Placed on the 1 in branch feeding a packaging conveyor's actuator bank, it removes condensate and debris and sets the pressure that the diverters, pushers and stop gates see.
Step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port. Choose the drain: manual (this unit, which also gives the widest regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) for finer protection of downstream equipment. For the gauge, an embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge on the bar scale. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is included and a check valve is fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 1 in NPT filter regulator before you order.
This unit carries code M, a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand when needed. The alternatives are automatic drain (code A) and the differential-pressure drain (the default, blank code), which drain without attention. Note that the manual-drain version also gives the widest regulation range here, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
