The AirTAC GFR600C25MF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MF1T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 configuration has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in MPa. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C in non-freezing conditions. No lubricator is included; add a separate lubricator if the circuit needs oil mist.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um element option, gauge scale choices, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for a CNC machining centre: water and swarf-laden shop air is filtered to 40 um and held at a stable regulated pressure for clamps, tool-change cylinders and pneumatic actuators.
Conditioning the air feeding carton-forming, sealing and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the 1 in port serves a high-consumption header and the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line stops.
Filtering and regulating plant air on an automotive assembly line before it reaches grippers, clamps and press cylinders, with the square MPa gauge giving operators a local pressure reference at the drop.
Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs; this 600 unit sits at the top of the range with a 1 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as coded here) needs periodic draining, while automatic and differential-pressure types drain themselves - note the regulator range differs by drain type. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is required. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales is optional. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as coded order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Send us your application details - inlet pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: collected water must be drained by hand at intervals you set based on humidity and usage. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same family if you would rather not rely on manual draining. Note the regulator adjustment range is tied to drain type - with a manual drain it is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
