The AirTAC GFR600C25MF1TK AirTAC 1 in NPT Filter Regulator is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MF1TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This configuration is built for a 1 in NPT port, with a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, the 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, a reverse/check valve fitted, and the mounting bracket included. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without the reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the plant air main take-off after the receiver, it strips water and pipe-scale from the compressed air and sets the header pressure the distribution system runs at, with the square MPa gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the panel.
Feeding the machine tool's pneumatic panel, it cleans the shop air entering the cell and holds a steady regulated pressure to the tool-changer, clamps and chip-clearing jets, while the reverse/check valve holds the setting if the main supply dips.
Mounted at the inlet to a bottling or cartoning line's air drop, it removes moisture that would gum valves and cylinders and regulates the supply to the conveyor's pushers and diverters, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled line cleaning.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 bodies cover ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so choose the port that matches your air main and let us confirm the flow curve against your demand. On this 600 unit the drain is manual, meaning an operator opens the drain periodically to clear collected water; automatic and differential-pressure drains are orderable where that is not practical. The element here is the 40 um standard grade; specify code W for the 5 um grade where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa, with psi and bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
Code M on this unit means the aluminium alloy bowl has a manual drain that an operator opens periodically to discharge collected water. If the installation is not attended regularly, the same GFR600 body can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
