The AirTAC GFR600C25MF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MF1WT is a filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This 600-size unit is specified with a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a fine 5 um filter element (the 40 um standard element is swapped for the W grade), an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, and no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with your choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as options), bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the 1 in compressed-air main feeding a paint-shop booth area, with the 5 um element trimming water and particulate ahead of spray equipment and the manual drain cleared during shift checks.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the cylinder bank that drives stops, pushers and lift gates on a bottling conveyor, with the square MPa gauge letting technicians verify setpoint at a glance.
Conditioning the air feeding pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a CNC machining cell, holding a steady regulated pressure so fixture clamping stays consistent across the shift.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 until the port and the flow curve cover your demand - this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, aimed at high-consumption mains. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) for supervised points, automatic or differential-pressure where the unit is hard to reach. Pick the element grade: 40 um standard for general line protection, 5 um (W) for finer downstream needs - this configuration carries the 5 um grade. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. A bracket is included. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits accessible installation points on a regular maintenance round. The same 600-size filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic drain or the default differential-pressure drain if the unit will be mounted where manual draining is impractical.
