The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2 is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 inch PT port, a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a 40 um standard filter element, and a standard-range regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). An embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted so operators can read and set the downstream pressure directly, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with a 5 um element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drain, G or NPT threads, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning at a paint line: the filter stage strips water and pipe scale from the shop air before the regulator holds a steady, operator-set pressure to the spray area.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders on a packaging conveyor: filtered, regulated air keeps the case-closing and flap-tucking actuators working at a consistent set pressure through the shift.
Conditioning the air feeding a bank of directional control valves on a process skid: the regulator holds the manifold pressure the valves were specified for, and the psi gauge gives a local reading.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 1 inch PT port, the largest step in the GFR range, suited to lines with high air consumption. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Drain type is a real choice: this unit has a manual drain (drained by hand), while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on request. The 40 um element is the standard grade; a 5 um element (code W) can be specified where finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.
This configuration has a manual-drain bowl, which is emptied by hand - a straightforward choice where the unit is checked as part of a routine. The GFR series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains if you would rather not rely on manual draining.
