The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a standard 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The manual drain means the bowl is emptied by hand, and the included mounting bracket lets you fix the unit to the machine frame or a preparation panel.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range with manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed where the 1 in shop-air header drops into a packaging machine's service inlet, this unit strips water and debris from the supply and sets a stable, readable working pressure for the line's valve manifold.
Mounted on the conveyor's air-preparation panel, the filter regulator conditions the air feeding drive and stopper cylinders, with the square psi gauge letting maintenance staff verify set pressure at a glance.
Used at the point where a new machine cell taps into the plant's 1 in compressed-air ring main, conditioning the supply and regulating it to the cell's required working pressure before distribution to actuators and tooling.
Start with the port and size step: the G1 (1 in) port on this size-600 unit suits the largest air-preparation lines in the GFR range, and the right step is the one whose flow curve covers your demand with margin - we can check the curve against your consumption before you order. Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit) needs periodic hand draining and suits attended installations, while automatic or differential-pressure drain suits unattended duty. The standard element is 40 um; specify the 5 um W grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. G thread is fitted as ordered, with PT and NPT offered as order options, and the mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application's air consumption and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet flow curve on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is released by hand rather than automatically. Manual drain suits installations that are checked regularly; if the unit will run unattended, ask about the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain versions of the same GFR600 unit.
