The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MF2WK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration decodes to a PT1 (1 in) port with PT thread, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain, a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), an embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. A mounting bracket is included. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), reverse/check valve, bracket and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop from a factory compressed-air main, the unit removes water and particulate through the 5 um element and holds a steady regulated pressure for the line's air supply, with the check valve holding the setting upstream of the drop.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders that index, clamp and divert bottles, the filter regulator gives each conveyor section clean, moisture-reduced air at the pressure the cylinder circuit was set up for, drained manually during scheduled stops.
Supplying test-bench instruments and pneumatic fixtures that need finer air than the standard 40 um grade, the 5 um element strips finer particulate while the regulator and psi-scaled gauge hold the rig's set pressure steady.
Step through the decodable choices in order. First, size and port: 200/300/400/600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in - pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand, since larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Second, drain type: differential-pressure (default), automatic, or manual as on this unit - manual means an operator opens the drain periodically. Third, filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer particulate removal. Then gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), reverse/check valve, bracket, and thread: PT is the standard, with G and NPT as orderable options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and other datasheet figures for the GFR600 size at your conditions on request.
The M in the code means the bowl drain is opened by hand, so condensate is emptied during a scheduled check rather than automatically. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains if you would rather not rely on manual draining - tell us which you prefer when ordering.
