The AirTAC GFR600C25MF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in. NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the bowl, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, the mounting bracket is included, and because this is the 600 size the bowl is aluminium alloy. The standard regulator type covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in. to 1 in., drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning at a paint booth drop: the 5 um element and drainage keep water and grit out of the supply feeding spray-air and atomising equipment, while the regulator holds the booth's set pressure.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the check valve helping hold the set pressure against upstream fluctuations.
Clean, regulated air to quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a water-treatment or process valve skid, where the 1 in. NPT port suits the skid's main air header and the psi gauge gives operators a local setpoint readout.
Start with size and port: the 600 series is the largest GFR frame, and this unit's 1 in. NPT port should match your main air drop or the largest consumer downstream - if your flow demand sits between frames, we can check the catalogue flow curves against your consumption before you order. Drain type is a real choice: this unit has a manual drain, which also widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family if you cannot rely on scheduled draining. Filtration here is the 5 um element (code W) rather than the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream instruments or precision valves need finer air. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT (standard) and G are order options, and a bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures on request before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Send us your application - port size, expected consumption and duty - and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: someone drains the bowl on a schedule rather than relying on an automatic mechanism. With a manual drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). If your installation cannot rely on scheduled draining, automatic or differential-pressure drain versions are available in the GFR family.
