The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC2T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain (the bowl is drained by hand on your maintenance schedule), a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round external gauge scaled in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for the air feeding tool changers, clamps and actuators on a CNC machining centre: the 40 um element strips water and swarf-laden condensate while the regulator holds a steady setting for consistent clamping and tool-change cycles.
A single body that cleans and regulates the air driving pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor, with the psi-scaled round gauge giving operators a visible setpoint and the manual drain suiting a fixed end-of-shift maintenance routine.
Regulated, particle-filtered air to spray guns and air-assisted equipment in a paint booth, where stable pressure and clean air protect finish quality; the 1 in NPT port suits the high-demand air drops typical of a booth manifold.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit sits at the top of the range with a 1 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) suits attended maintenance rounds, automatic suits unattended duty, and the differential-pressure default drains on pressure drop. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or the W option for 5 um where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge style and scale are selectable (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar - this unit is a round psi gauge). Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are optional (this unit is supplied without one). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and port arrangement and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is emptied by hand on your maintenance schedule. The GFR family also offers an automatic drain (code A) and a differential-pressure drain as the default; with a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
