The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJC2TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This configuration is sized for a 1 in NPT1 port, carries the standard 40 um filter element and uses a manual drain, so an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the bowl to expel collected water. A round gauge reading in psi is fitted, a reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the 1 in main-line air that feeds the clutch, counterbalance and part-clamp circuits on a metal stamping press, with the manual drain opened at shift start.
Conditioning plant air before it reaches the stopper gates and pusher cylinders along a bottling conveyor, keeping water and pipe scale out of the directional valves.
A filtered, regulated supply for the vacuum-generator and gripper circuits on a case palletizer, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the machine.
Sizing starts at the port: this unit steps up to 1 in NPT, the largest in the GFR range, so match it to your main-line demand rather than guessing - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm the fit before you order. Regulation range for this manual-drain unit is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Choices you can still make when ordering: drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with code W), gauge style and scale (embedded square gauge standard; round gauge in MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, with G or NPT as order options) and bracket. This unit is supplied without a bracket and with a reverse/check valve fitted.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GFR600 against your application before you order.
Code M means the bowl drain is opened by hand, which suits lines that are shut down regularly and gives the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range. If the unit runs unattended, order the automatic or differential-pressure drain version instead - note those carry a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range.
