The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT 1 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJC2WK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate down to 5 um (the fine W grade, instead of the standard 40 um) and regulates downstream pressure over 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This size 600 unit has a PT 1 in port, a manual drain on the bowl, a round external gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, PT, G or NPT threads, and optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main to deliver clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure to a production department, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main is shut down.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic actuation on a machining centre - tool-clamp cylinders, chip-clearing jets and door interlocks - where the 5 um grade protects close-tolerance valves from particulate.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor stop-gates, lifters and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the psi gauge letting line staff verify set pressure at a glance during changeover.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range, so size the unit against the flow your line needs - we can confirm the flow curve from the datasheet on request before you order. This configuration pairs the fine 5 um filter grade (W) with a manual drain: choose manual where an operator drains the bowl as part of routine checks, or ask about automatic or differential-pressure drain versions if you want the bowl cleared without intervention. The round external gauge is scaled in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives in the family. The thread here is PT, the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. No bracket is fitted, and the reverse/check valve (K) holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
This unit has a manual drain, so the accumulated water is released by hand as part of routine maintenance - automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available if you prefer unattended draining. The fitted reverse/check valve (code K) prevents backflow and holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
