The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJC3T is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This 600-size unit works through a 1 in NPT port, carries a 40 um filter element, and drains by hand via its manual drain. The bowl on size 600 is aluminium alloy, and this configuration comes fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar. With the manual drain, the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the head of a packaging hall's compressed-air ring main, this unit strips water and debris from the supply and holds a steady set pressure so downstream wrappers, sealers and labelers see consistent air through a full shift.
Feeding the pusher and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor line, the 1 in port supplies the volume of air the bank of actuators draws, while the regulator keeps their stroke timing repeatable and the 40 um element keeps grit out of the cylinder seals.
Mounted on the air supply header of a chemical dosing skid, this filter regulator conditions the air feeding pneumatic actuated ball and butterfly valves, protecting their positioners from condensate and holding the actuator pressure the valve trim was set up for.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 600 body with its 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range, so step up when a line demands more air and down to 300 or 400 for compact points of use. Drain choice matters: manual (as here) means an operator opens the drain, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate on their own - note the regulation range differs, 0.05-0.9 MPa with manual drain versus 0.15-0.9 MPa with automatic or differential-pressure drains. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. Gauges may be square (embedded) or round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a bracket can be included or omitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for you before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl drain is opened by hand, which suits supervised installations where an operator can bleed condensate as part of a routine. If the unit sits unattended, an automatic or differential-pressure drain (codes A or blank) discharges condensate on its own. Note the regulation range also differs: 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with the manual drain fitted here, versus 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drains.
