The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF1T is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body, so a single size-600 unit conditions and controls the air at the same time. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT inlet/outlet port, a manual drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a standard (not low-pressure) regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the largest of the four GFR frame sizes (200, 300, 400, 600), each stepping up in port size and flow capacity. The family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), round external gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main, it removes condensed water and pipe scale from the plant supply and holds a steady, regulated pressure on the downstream distribution leg feeding the work cells.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a carton-forming and case-sealing conveyor line, it cleans the air driving the cylinders and clamps and sets the line pressure the machine was designed to run at.
Fitted upstream of quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a process valve skid, it filters the actuation air and regulates it to the actuator and positioner supply pressure, with the square gauge giving a local pressure readout at the station.
Size up by port and flow: this unit is the size-600 frame with a 1 in NPT port, the right choice when the line demand calls for the largest GFR step. If your consumption is lower, the 200/300/400 frames with their smaller ports may suit better - we can check the flow curves against your requirement before you order. Drain type is a real decision: this unit is manual drain, which suits supervised installations where an operator blows down the bowl; choose automatic drain if the unit sits unattended, or the differential-pressure default where drain timing should follow load. Filter grade is the standard 40 um; specify the W code if you need the 5 um element. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales and an external round gauge are order options. This unit carries the T thread code (NPT); PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available. No bracket is fitted with the J code - add one if the unit will not be piped-supported. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Send us your line pressure, downstream set pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application on request.
The M in the code GFR600C25MJF1T specifies a manual drain: collected condensate is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits installations that are checked regularly. The same size-600 filter regulator is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (no code) if you prefer unattended drainage - just order that variant code.
