The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single size-600 body with a 1 in NPT port. This configuration carries the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer particle capture than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain for the bowl, an embedded square pressure gauge with MPa scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The manual-drain version gives a regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so contact us and we will confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in drop feeding a bottling or carton-packing line, this unit cleans the plant air to 5 um and holds the header pressure the downstream valve islands and actuators were set up for, with the MPa gauge giving operators a local reading.
Mounted ahead of the machine's air-preparation inlet, it removes water and fine particles before they reach tool-change cylinders and spindle-clamp circuits, and the reverse/check valve holds the set pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Placed at the take-off feeding conveyor gate cylinders and hold-down clamps, the filter regulator keeps carryover water and scale out of the valves while the manual-drain bowl is emptied during scheduled line checks.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range, so size the unit against the air consumption of the machine or line it feeds; we can confirm the flow curve from the datasheet before you order. This unit is already configured with the choices that matter: manual drain (simple, operator-emptied bowl - suitable where the point of use is checked regularly), 5 um filtration for finer protection than the standard 40 um element, a square gauge reading in MPa, a reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Thread is NPT; G (BSPP) and PT are catalogue alternatives if your piping standard differs. Regulation range for this manual-drain version is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet and flow curve for this size-600, 1 in NPT unit on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: collected water and condensate are emptied by hand rather than automatically. It suits points of use that are checked on a routine basis. If you prefer unattended drainage, differential-pressure (standard) and automatic-drain versions are available in the same series.
