The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF2GK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 600 configuration is fitted with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, a 40 um standard filter element and a manual drain, so condensate is released by opening the drain rather than automatically. Regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this 600 size is aluminium alloy, and the unit carries an embedded square gauge with a psi scale plus a reverse/check valve; no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the GFR filter-regulator family, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), MPa or bar gauge scales, and PT or NPT threads in place of G. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 1 in compressed-air distribution main serving a production hall, it filters water and scale from the supply and holds a set working pressure for the whole drop section. The manual drain is suited to a line walked daily by maintenance staff.
Feeding the air preparation point of a conveyor or packaging machine, it cleans the incoming air for valves and actuators downstream and regulates it to the pressure the machine was set up for. The psi gauge gives operators a direct local reading.
Mounted ahead of a bank of directional control valves on a process skid, it protects the valves from condensate and particulate and keeps supply pressure steady. The fitted check valve holds the downstream setting if upstream pressure is lost.
Size 600 with a G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it to the pipe bore and the air demand of the line; if your consumption is modest, a 200/300/400 unit on a smaller port may suit better. This unit is specified with a manual drain - choose automatic if the installation is unattended and you want condensate discharged without operator action, or differential-pressure drain for the default behaviour. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is G (BSPP) here - PT is the standard and NPT can be ordered - and no bracket is fitted, so plan the mounting accordingly. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet for this exact model on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits attended installations. The GFR family is also available with automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (blank) as the default, so specify the drain type you want when ordering.
