The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJF2T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a standard 40 um filter element, and a built-in square pressure gauge scaled in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and no mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a large plant air header, it cleans the supply of water and scale and holds a set downstream pressure for the whole distribution leg on a 1 in line.
Feeding a packaging or bottling line's actuators and air cylinders, it strips condensate and particles before the valves and keeps line pressure steady through shift-long cycling.
Mounted ahead of large pneumatic valve actuators or gate operators, it delivers filtered, regulated air so the actuators stroke consistently at the pressure the control system sets.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GFR range, with a 1 in NPT port suited to high-consumption lines; work down the 200/300/400/600 ladder against the flow your line actually needs. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, which suits attended installations, while automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended duty. The standard 40 um element covers general plant air; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is required. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales are available. Thread is NPT here, with PT standard and G as order options, and a bracket can be added on configurations that carry the bracket code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact unit before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl, which you empty by hand - well suited to attended installations. The same size 600 unit is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain, so you can match the drain to how the installation is supervised.
