The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one G1 (1 in) connection does both jobs on a compressed-air line. This configuration carries a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer particle capture than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain you operate by hand to empty collected condensate from the bowl, an embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting when inlet pressure is lost, and no mounting bracket (code J). The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, filter grade, gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread form and bracket option. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the tool-clamp and chip-clearing circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting fine pneumatic components and the psi gauge giving operators a readable setpoint at the machine.
Sits at the drop of a plant air ring main serving the grippers, diverters and capping heads of a bottling line, removing water and particles from the 1 in main and holding a steady working pressure for consistent cycle timing.
Conditions the air feeding pushers, stops and sorting cylinders on a packaging conveyor system, with the reverse/check valve holding the regulated setting against momentary upstream pressure dips.
Start with the port and size: this unit is size 600 with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, the largest step in the GFR range, so match it against the pipe bore and the air demand of the circuit it feeds. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) means an operator opens the drain periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Choose the filter grade by what the downstream equipment tolerates: 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (this unit, code W) suits finer components. Pick the gauge scale when ordering - square gauges are embedded as standard and external round gauges are optional, in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is specified in G. Brackets are optional on GFR units, and this one is ordered without.
Flow for the GFR600 series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for your application before you order.
The M in the model code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is emptied by operating the drain by hand, which suits installations where the bowl is accessible and checked as part of routine maintenance. The same GFR600 size in G1 can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain instead - the drain type is a decode choice in the model code, not a separate accessory.
