The AirTAC GFR600C25MJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJF3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-600 unit is built with a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a 40 um filter element and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread choices of PT, G and NPT, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge or no-gauge builds, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in main drop feeding a bottling hall, it strips water and scale from the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the filler and capper valves downstream.
Mounted ahead of a machining center's air inlet, it cleans the shop air and sets the pressure the machine's clamps and tool-change cylinders were designed to run at.
Placed on the drop feeding assembly-station impact wrenches and pneumatic torque tools, it keeps line pressure regulated while the manual drain lets operators clear collected water each shift.
Size and port set the flow path: this unit steps up to the 600 frame with a 1 in NPT connection, the largest in the range, for lines that need the bigger bore. The manual drain means an operator opens the drain at intervals instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism. The 40 um element is the standard grade; a 5 um element (code W) can be ordered if finer filtration is needed. The square gauge on this build reads in bar, and MPa or psi scales are available as options.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens the drain valve periodically to expel collected water from the aluminium bowl. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants exist in the same family if you would rather not rely on operator attention.
