The AirTAC GFR600C25MJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MJNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a 40 um standard filter element, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No pressure gauge is supplied with this code, and no mounting bracket is included. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, gauge options, and a low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in main air drop feeding a production cell, it filters water and particulate out of the compressed air and holds a set working pressure for the cell's pneumatic equipment. The manual drain lets maintenance empty the bowl on a fixed schedule.
Mounted ahead of a conveyor line's cylinders and stoppers, it cleans the supply and regulates pressure so actuators see a stable setting. The fitted reverse/check valve holds the downstream circuit if the upstream supply is interrupted.
Used at a workshop or vehicle-mounted air station, it conditions the compressor supply before it reaches impact wrenches, blow guns and tyre-caging equipment, protecting tools from water and debris while regulating working pressure.
Size and port set the capacity: 600 is the largest GFR frame, and the 25 position gives a 1 in port, so step up or down through 200/300/400/600 against the flow your line needs. Drain type is a real choice here: differential-pressure (default) drains automatically as the pressure differential builds, automatic (A) drains on a cycle, and manual (M, this unit) is emptied by hand - choose manual where you want positive control and scheduled maintenance. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. Gauge options (round or square, MPa/psi/bar scales) and the reverse/check valve (K, fitted here) are selected by code. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; this code is NPT. Bracket (J = none) is optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits installations with scheduled maintenance. The GFR series is also available with differential-pressure drain (default) or automatic drain (A) - specify the drain code you want and we will supply that configuration.
