The AirTAC GFR600C25MLC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLC2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 1 inch PT port, a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy, the standard 40 um filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, a round external pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, G or NPT thread variants, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Drops off a 1 inch compressed-air main feeding a stamping press cell: water and pipe scale are drained off manually at shift checks while the low-pressure regulator holds a steady supply to press clamps and part blow-off.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to stopper and gate cylinders on a bottling conveyor, with the manual drain emptied during line cleaning so condensate never carries through to the actuators.
Feeds a two-post vehicle lift and tyre-changer bench in a truck workshop running a modest-pressure compressor, where the psi gauge lets technicians set and read the supply pressure directly at the bench.
Step through the size range by port and duty: 200 to 600, ports 1/8 to 1 inch - this unit is the top of the range at 1 inch PT, so match it to your main-line connection and required flow. Pick the drain to suit maintenance: differential-pressure (the default), automatic for unattended removal, or manual as ordered here. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify 5 um (code W) if finer particulate capture is needed. For indication, this unit carries a round external gauge reading psi; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) or NPT available as order options, and the mounting bracket is included. One honest routing note: flow for the GFR600 is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: someone opens the bowl drain during routine checks. The GFR600 is also available with the differential-pressure drain (the default) or an automatic drain if you prefer unattended condensate removal - just tell us which when ordering.
